Climate change and its global impacts

Shifting weather patterns and shortfall of rain is one effect attributed to climate change. To adapt to this phenomenon the "German Corporation for International Cooperation" (GIZ) worked closely with other stakeholders to ease the water restraints for the citizens and businesses in St. Lucia. About two years ago the desicion was made to implement these projects for which the "German Corporation for International Cooperation" (GIZ) supplied a feasablility study.
